Termination of Direct Access Customer’s Electrical Service. Edison will not terminate a Direct Access Customer’s electrical service for nonpayment of ESP Charges. ESP acknowledges that only Edison shall be authorized to disconnect or terminate a Direct Access Customer’s electrical service.

Termination of Direct Access Customer’s Electrical Service. Edison will terminate a Direct Access Customer’s electrical service for nonpayment of Edison Charges, and will thereafter restore such service, in each case in accordance with Edison’s Applicable Tariffs. Edison will not terminate a Direct Access Customer’s electrical service for nonpayment of ESP Charges.
