Common use of TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Corporation shall provide notice to Citibank, N.A. (the “Depositary”) to terminate the deposit agreement, dated November 3, 2010, by and among the Company, the Depositary and all holders and beneficial owners of the ADSs issued thereunder (as may be amended or restated from time to time, the “Deposit Agreement”) in accordance with its terms.

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Corporation Company shall provide notice to Citibank, N.A. (the “Depositary”) to terminate the deposit agreement, dated November 3as of December 8, 2010, by and among 2010 between the Company, the Depositary and all holders the Holders and beneficial owners Beneficial Owners of the ADSs American Depositary Shares issued thereunder (as may be amended or restated from time to time, the “Deposit Agreement”) in accordance with its terms.

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Corporation Company shall provide notice to Citibank, N.A. (the “Depositary”) to terminate the deposit agreementagreement dated October 31, dated November 32013, 2010, entered into by and among the Company, the Depositary and all holders and beneficial owners from time to time of the ADSs issued thereunder (as may be amended or restated from time to time, the “Deposit Agreement”) in accordance with its terms.

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Corporation Company shall provide notice to Citibank, N.A. (the “Depositary”) to terminate the deposit agreement, dated November 3March 26, 20102013, by and among between the Company, the Depositary and all holders and beneficial owners from time to time of the ADSs issued thereunder (as may be amended or restated from time to time, the “Deposit Agreement”) in accordance with its terms.

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably commercially practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Corporation shall provide notice to Citibank, Citibank N.A. (the “Depositary”) to terminate the deposit agreementagreement dated March 13, dated November 3, 2010, by 2006 between the Company and among the Company, the Depositary and all holders and beneficial owners of the ADSs issued thereunder (as may be amended or restated from time to time, the “Deposit Agreement”) in accordance with its terms.

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Corporation Company shall provide notice to Citibank, N.A. (the “Depositary”) to terminate the deposit agreement, dated November 3as of October 6, 2010, by and among 2010 between the Company, the Depositary and all holders the Holders and beneficial owners Beneficial Owners of the ADSs American Depositary Shares issued thereunder (as may be amended or restated from time to time, the “Deposit Agreement”) in accordance with its terms.

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Corporation Company shall provide notice to Citibank, N.A. (the “Depositary”) to terminate the deposit agreement, dated November 3September 27, 2010, by and among 2010 between the Company, the Depositary and all holders and beneficial owners of the ADSs issued thereunder (as may be amended or restated from time to timetime of American depositary receipts issued thereunder, the form of which was filed with the SEC on September 14, 2010 (the “Deposit Agreement”) in accordance with its terms.

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Corporation shall provide notice to Citibank, N.A. (the “Depositary”) to terminate the deposit agreement, dated November 36, 2010, by and among 2007 between the Company, the Depositary and all holders and beneficial owners from time to time of the ADSs issued thereunder (as may be amended or restated from time to time, the “Deposit Agreement”) in accordance with its terms.

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Corporation shall provide notice to Citibank, N.A. (the “Depositary”) to terminate the deposit agreement, dated November 325, 2010, by and among 2009 between the Company, the Depositary and all holders and beneficial owners from time to time of the ADSs issued thereunder (as may be amended or restated from time to time, the “Deposit Agreement”) in accordance with its terms.

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Corporation Company shall provide notice to Citibank, N.A. (the “Depositary”) to terminate the deposit agreementDeposit Agreement, dated November 3April 5, 20102019, by and among the Company, the Depositary and all holders and beneficial owners and holders from time to time of the ADSs issued thereunder (as may be amended or restated from time to time, the “Deposit Agreement”) in accordance with its terms.

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Corporation shall provide notice to Citibank, N.A. (the “Depositary”) to terminate the deposit agreement, dated November 3as of December 15, 2010, by and among 2010 (as amended) between the Company, the Depositary and all holders and beneficial owners from time to time of the ADSs issued thereunder (as may be amended or restated from time to timeamended, the “Deposit Agreement”) in accordance with its terms.

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Corporation Company shall provide notice to Citibank, N.A. (the “Depositary”) to terminate the deposit agreement, dated November 3July 14, 2010, by and among 2004 between the Company, the Depositary and all holders and beneficial owners from time to time of the ADSs issued thereunder (as may be amended or restated from time to time, the “Deposit Agreement”) in accordance with its terms.

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Corporation Company shall provide notice to Citibank, N.A. (the “Depositary”) to terminate the deposit agreementDeposit Agreement (the “Deposit Agreement”), dated November 3as of October 5, 20102010 , by and among the Company, the Depositary and all the holders and beneficial owners of the ADSs issued thereunder (as may be amended or restated from time to timetime of ADSs issued thereunder, the “Deposit Agreement”) in accordance with its terms.

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Corporation shall provide notice to Citibank, N.A. (the “Depositary”) to terminate the amended and restated deposit agreement, dated November 3as of April 9, 2010, by and among 2007 between the Company, the Depositary and all holders and beneficial owners from time to time of the ADSs American Depositary Receipts issued thereunder (as may be amended or restated from time to time, the “Deposit Agreement”) in accordance with its terms.

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Corporation Company shall provide notice to Citibank, N.A. (the “Depositary”) to terminate the deposit agreementagreement dated April 2, dated November 32014, 2010, entered into by and among the Company, the Depositary and all holders and beneficial owners of the ADSs issued thereunder (as may be amended or restated from time to time, the “Deposit Agreement”) in accordance with its terms.

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably commercially practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Corporation shall provide notice to Citibank, N.A. (the “Depositary”) to terminate the deposit agreementagreement dated as of May 2, 2007, as amended by Amendment No.1 to Deposit Agreement, dated as of November 330, 2010, 2015 by and among the Company, the Depositary and all holders and beneficial owners of the ADSs issued thereunder other parties thereto (as may be amended or restated from time to time, the “Deposit Agreement”) in accordance with its termsthe terms of the Deposit Agreement.

TERMINATION OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Time, the Surviving Corporation Company shall provide notice to Citibank, N.A. (the “Depositary”) to terminate the deposit agreement, dated November 3May 16, 20102011, by and among the Company, the Depositary Depositary, and all holders and beneficial owners of the ADSs issued thereunder other parties thereto (as may be amended or restated from time to time, the “Deposit Agreement”) ), in accordance with its terms.
