Termination of Credit Facility. The Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) November 15May 28, 20022004, (b) the date of termination by the BorrowersBorrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a), and (b) the date of termination by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 11.2(a).

Termination of Credit Facility. The Credit Facility shall terminate on the earliest of (a) November 15September 30, 20022005, (b) the date of permanent reduction of the Aggregate Commitment in whole pursuant to Section 2.6 and (c) the date of termination by the BorrowersAdministrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders pursuant to Section 11.2(a).”

Termination of Credit Facility. The Credit Facility CREDIT FACILITY shall terminate on the earliest of of: (a) November 15May 31, 2002, 2000; (b) the date of termination by the BorrowersBORROWER pursuant to Subsection 2.5.(a); and (c) the date of termination by the ADMINISTRATIVE AGENT on behalf of the LENDERS pursuant to Subsection 11.2.(a).
