Termination of Cash Bonuses. The Company shall have the right to terminate immediately any and all rights the Executive may have with respect to any cash bonuses or other cash incentive opportunities (“Cash Bonuses”) awarded to the Executive under any Incentive Compensation Plan to the extent such Cash Bonuses have not been paid as of the Determination Date.
