Termination of Asset Review. If an Asset Review is in process and the Notes will be paid in full on the next Distribution Date, the Servicer will notify the Asset Representations Reviewer and the Trustee no less than ten (10) days before that Distribution Date. On receipt of the notice, the Asset Representations Reviewer will terminate the Asset Review immediately and will have no obligation to deliver an Asset Review Report.
