Termination Notice. (a) If the employment of an employee appointed to a position on a Probationary, Temporary or Term basis is to be terminated for reasons other than willful misconduct or disobedience or neglect of duty, the Employer or Deputy Head shall advise the employee in writing not less than ten (10) business days prior to the date of termination. (b) The Employer will notify the Union when an employee is terminated, inclusive of the reason(s) for termination.
