Termination Giving Rise to Change of Control Severance Benefits. If the Executive's employment is terminated or a Notice of Non-Renewal is given by the Company during the Change of Control Period for any reason other than Cause, death of the Executive or Disability, or if the Executive terminates his employment during the Change of Control Period for Good Reason, then Executive shall be entitled to receive the Change of Control Severance Benefits, all of which (except the Medical Benefits) shall be paid to Executive within ten (10) days following the date of termination.
