Termination for Withdrawal of Authority. In the event that the State of Mississippi and/or Purchasing Entity’s authority to perform any of its duties is withdrawn, reduced, or limited in any way after the commencement of this Master Agreement and prior to normal completion, the State of Mississippi may terminate this Master Agreement, in whole or in part, by thirty (30) calendar days written notice to Contractor.
