Termination for Uncontrollable Force. If a Party does not perform its obligation hereunder due to Uncontrollable Force for an aggregate of twelve (12) months in any consecutive two-year period, the Party not claiming the Uncontrollable Force event may terminate this Agreement, without further obligation or liability of either Party or any cost for Termination Payment hereunder.
