Termination for Misrepresentation. In the event that a representation or warranty of GJT hereunder is untrue in any material respect, APOTHECON shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days' written notice to GJT. If APOTHECON elects to so terminate, the rights and actions indicated in sections 11. 2.2.1 (i) - (vi), inclusive, shall apply as though set forth herein.
