Common use of Termination for Force Majeure Clause in Contracts

Termination for Force Majeure. If, in the circumstances referred to in Clause 26.1.9, the Parties have failed to reach agreement on any modification to this PPP Agreement pursuant to that Clause, within one hundred and eighty (180) days of the date on which the Party affected serves notice on the other Party in accordance with that Clause, either Party may at any time afterwards terminate this PPP Agreement by written notice to the other Party having immediate effect, provided always that the effects of the relevant event of Force Majeure continue to prevent either Party from performing any material obligation under this PPP Agreement.

Termination for Force Majeure. If, in the circumstances referred to in Clause 26.1.923, the Parties have failed to reach agreement on any modification to this PPP Agreement pursuant to that Clause, within one hundred and eighty (180) 180 days of the date on which the Party affected serves notice on the other Party in accordance with that Clause, either Party may at any time afterwards terminate this PPP Agreement by written notice to the other Party having immediate effect, provided always that the effects of the relevant event of Force Majeure continue to prevent either Party from performing any material obligation under this PPP Agreement.

Termination for Force Majeure. 24.2.1 If, in the circumstances referred to in Clause 26.1.924.1.9, the Parties have failed to reach agreement on any modification to this PPP Agreement pursuant to that Clause, within one hundred and eighty (180) days of the date on which the Party affected serves notice on the other Party in accordance with that Clause, either Party may at any time afterwards terminate this PPP Agreement by written notice to the other Party having immediate effect, provided always that the effects of the relevant event of Force Majeure continue to prevent either Party from performing any material obligation under this PPP Agreement.
