Common use of Termination Effectiveness Clause in Contracts

Termination Effectiveness. The Company may terminate the Employee’s employment hereunder at any time upon written notice to the Employee. The Employee may terminate the Employee’s employment upon twenty-one (21) days written notice (in the form of a letter of resignation) to the Company. Any such written notice shall be a “Notice of Termination” and shall be effective as of twenty-one (21) days of such Notice of Termination. In the event that the Employee’s employment is terminated by Employee’s death, termination of the Employee’s employment will be effective as of the date of his/her death.
