Termination Documents. The Lender shall have received, in form and substance satisfactory to Lender, all releases, terminations and such other documents as Lender may request to evidence and effectuate the termination by W▇▇▇▇ Fargo Retail Finance LLC and the other existing lenders of their respective financing arrangements with Borrower and the termination and release by such lenders of any interest in and to the Collateral;

If the Option or Early Repurchase Option is terminated after recordation of the Option Memorandum, City shall promptly deliver to Owner an executed and acknowledged document to terminate the Option Memorandum in a form acceptable to a reputable title company ("Option Termination Agreement").
