Common use of Termination Date Clause in Contracts

Termination Date. Termination Date: shall mean (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated by the Company for Disability, thirty (30) days after notice of termination is given to the Executive (provided that the Executive shall not have returned to the performance of the Executive's duties on a full-time basis during such thirty (30) day period), (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated by the Company for any other reason, the date on which a notice of termination is given, or (iii) if the Agreement is terminated by the Executive, the date on which the Executive delivers the notice of termination to the Company.

Termination Date. “Termination Date: shall ” will mean (i) if in the Executive's employment is terminated by the Company for Disability, thirty (30) days after notice of termination is given to the Executive (provided that the Executive shall not have returned to the performance case of the Executive's duties on a full-time basis during such thirty (30) day period)’s Death, the Executive’s date of Death; (ii) if the Executive's ’s employment is terminated by for Disability, the Company date of the Executive’s Disability; (iii) if the Executive terminates his employment, on the effective date of termination specified in the Notice of Termination; and (iv) if the Executive’s employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on specified in the Notice of Termination, which a notice will not be longer than seven (7) days after the Notice of termination is given, or (iii) if the Agreement is terminated by the Executive, the date on which the Executive delivers the notice of termination to the CompanyTermination.
