TERMINATION CLAUSE. 28.01 This Agreement shall be in effect from the 1st day of July, 2002 and shall remain in effect until the 30th day of June, 2005, and unless either party gives to the other party a written notice of termination or a desire to amend this Agreement, then it shall continue in effect for a further year without change, and so on from year to year thereafter.

This Agreement shall be in effect from the 1st day of July, 2002 and shall remain in effect until the 30th day of June12:00 o’clock midnight, 2005March 31st, 2020 and unless either party gives to the other party a written notice of termination or a the desire to amend this the Agreement, then it shall continue in effect for a further year without change, change and so on from year to year thereafter.

TERMINATION CLAUSE. 28.01 This Agreement shall constitute the Agreement between the parties. This Agreement shall be in effect from the 1st day of JulyAugust 26, 2002 2007, until August 25, 2011, and shall remain continue in effect until the 30th day of June, 2005, and from year to year thereafter unless either party gives to the other party a written notice of termination or a its desire to amend or terminate this Agreement, then it shall continue in effect for a further year without change, and so on from year to year thereafter.

TERMINATION CLAUSE. 28.01 26.01 This Agreement shall be in effect from the 1st day of July, 2002 and agreement shall remain in effect from February 5th 2008 until the 30th day of June, 2005, and unless February 4th 2011. Unless either party gives to the other party a written notice of termination termination, or of a desire to amend this the Agreement, then it shall continue in effect for a further one year period, without change, and so on from year to year thereafter.

However, any changes deemed necessary in this Agreement may be made by mutual agreement at any time during the existence of this Agreement provided that agreement to any such changes shall not be, in any way, construed as affecting the provisions of Article 12 (No Strike or Lockout).

TERMINATION CLAUSE. 28.01 27.01 This Collective Agreement shall be in effect from the 1st day of July, 2002 2005 and shall remain in effect until the 30th day of June, 20052008, and unless either party gives to the other party a written notice of termination or a desire to amend this Collective Agreement, then it shall continue in effect for a further year without change, and so on from year to year thereafter.
