Termination Charges. In addition to the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions, if Customer terminates Service other than because BT has increased the Charges payable for the Service (except in accordance with agreed process)or in accordance with Clause 8 of the Service Level Agreement or BT terminates for breach, before the Minimum Term has expired, then in addition to all outstanding charges for Service rendered, Customer will pay the Termination Charges.
