Common use of Termination Certificate Clause in Contracts

Termination Certificate. Upon termination of Employee’s employment by Employee or by ConforMIS for any or no reason, Employee will execute and deliver to ConforMIS a termination certificate substantially in the form attached to this Agreement as Attachment B.
