Termination by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. This Agreement shall terminate in the event a Party is in Default of this Agreement in accordance with Sections 7.2 or 7.4 of this Agreement. Upon Default by Designated Entity, Transmission Provider may draw upon the Designated Entity Letter of Credit or retain the cash security.
