Common use of Termination by the ELIXIR Node Clause in Contracts

Termination by the ELIXIR Node. ‌ The ELIXIR Node may terminate the Agreement at any time before the end of the term by giving at least twelve (12) months’ notice in writing to the ELIXIR Director. In the case of a serious breach of the Agreement by the ELIXIR Hub, the ELIXIR Node may terminate the Agreement by giving at least three (3) months notice in writing to the ELIXIR Hub, as mandated by the ELIXIR Board.
