Common use of Termination by Master Developer Clause in Contracts

Termination by Master Developer. In the event City materially defaults under this Agreement, Master Developer shall have the right to terminate this Agreement after providing notice and an opportunity to cure as set forth in this Section. Master Developer shall have the option, in its discretion, to maintain this Agreement in effect, and seek to enforce all of City’s obligations by pursuing an action for specific performance or other appropriate judicial remedy.
