Common use of Termination by Manager Clause in Contracts

Termination by Manager. Manager may immediately terminate this Agreement by giving written notice to Owner upon the failure by Owner to pay any amounts due to Manager hereunder within 30 days of the date on which such payment was due.

Termination by Manager. The Manager may immediately terminate this Agreement at any time by giving to the Company at least 6 months’ written notice to Owner upon the failure by Owner to pay any amounts due to Manager hereunder within 30 days of the date on which such payment was duenotice.
