Common use of Termination by Host Clause in Contracts

Termination by Host. Host may terminate this Agreement for cause immediately following written notice if Client: (i) fails to make any payments due pursuant to this Agreement or any other agreement entered into with Host; (ii) violates, or fails to perform or fulfill any covenant or provision of this Agreement, and such breach is not cured within fifteen (15) days after notification from Host; (iii) enters into bankruptcy, financial failure, insolvency, or merges with another person, corporation, or entity without the prior approval of Host.

Termination by Host. Host may terminate this Agreement for cause at will immediately following written notice to Customer if Client: (i) Customer fails to make any payments payment(s) due pursuant to this Agreement or any other agreement entered into with HostAgreement; (ii) violates, violates or fails to perform or fulfill any covenant or provision of this Agreement, ; and any such breach matter is not cured within fifteen ten (1510) days after notification from is made to the Customer by Host; (iii) or enters into bankruptcy, financial failure, insolvency, sale or merges merger with another person, corporationcorporation or entity, financial insolvency, bankruptcy, or entity without the prior approval of Hostdissolution, unless approved in advance by Host each (a “Default”).
