Common use of Termination by Expiration Clause in Contracts

Termination by Expiration. If Executive’s employment hereunder shall terminate upon expiration of the term provided in paragraph 2.1 hereof because either party has provided the notice contemplated in such paragraph, then all compensation and all benefits to Executive hereunder shall continue to be provided until the expiration of such term and such compensation and benefits shall terminate contemporaneously with termination of his employment.

Termination by Expiration. If Executive’s employment hereunder shall terminate is terminated upon expiration of the term provided in paragraph 2.1 hereof because either party has provided the notice contemplated in such paragraph, then all compensation and all benefits to Executive hereunder shall continue to be provided until the expiration of such term and such compensation and benefits shall terminate contemporaneously with termination of his employmentemployment (except as otherwise provided under any other agreement or plan of Company that provides post-termination benefits).
