Termination by Executive for Other than Good Reason. In the event Executive terminates his employment for other than Good Reason, Executive shall be entitled to receive the Accrued Rights, but following the Termination Date, Executive shall have no further rights to any other compensation or benefits under this Agreement, including without limitation any severance or continuation of benefits or otherwise. Executive shall provide the Company sixty (60) days’ prior written notice of his intention to terminate his employment with the Company pursuant to this Section 5.2.
