Common use of – TERMINATION BY EITHER CONTRACTING PARTY Clause in Contracts

– TERMINATION BY EITHER CONTRACTING PARTY. Either contracting party may, of its own volition and without being required to pay compensation, terminate the Contract by serving 10 days formal prior notice.
