Termination by Content Distributor. Content Distributor shall have the right to terminate this Agreement at any time upon written notice to CI Plus TA.
Termination by Content Distributor. Content Distributor may terminate this Agreement at any time upon at least 90 days’ prior written notice to CI Plus LLP. If the Content Distributor terminates this Agreement, then any fees paid under Section 4 of this Agreement are non-refundable.
