Termination After Execution. If after execution of this Agreement Seller has grounds to terminate or not renew any then existing agreement between the parties, or to terminate this Agreement as if it were then in its term, Seller may terminate this Agreement, as well as any existing agreement pertaining to this location, based on those grounds.
