Common use of Term - TO HAVE AND TO Clause in Contracts

Term - TO HAVE AND TO. HOLD for a term beginning at the earlier of (a) Ninety (90) days (inclusive of the time for objectors to appeal for any approval) after LANDLORD has obtained approval for the construction of the branch bank as set forth in Article 12 (notwithstanding TENANT may not have commenced construction) and continuing for the Lease term of twenty (20) years unless sooner terminated as hereinafter provided. When dates of the beginning and end of the Lease term have been determined, such dates shall be evidenced by a document in form for recording, executed by LANDLORD and TENANT and delivered each to the other.
