Common use of Term, Suspension Clause in Contracts

Term, Suspension. In the event that any regulatory or government agency imposes restrictions, including tariffs, that affect the ability of either party hereto to exercise its rights or perform its obligations under this Agreement, then the Term of this Agreement, with respect to the Licensed Product affected by such restrictions, shall be suspended until such time as the restriction is removed. In the event that any country imposes any tariffs, sanctions, or other restriction on the sale or distribution of the Licensed Products, then the parties agree to renegotiate the affected terms of this Agreement, including any of the terms set forth in Section 10 hereto.
