Common use of Term, Suspension Clause in Contracts

Term, Suspension. This Agreement commences upon the first to occur of when User clicks “Agree” (or similar term) or downloads/installs/accesses the Software and remains in effect until User ceases using the Software or Honeywell terminates this XXXX and access to the Software. Honeywell may terminate this XXXX and request that User stop using the Software and Documentation if (a) User breaches it, (b) User’s use is fraudulent or may subject Honeywell to potential liability, (c) User’s access is not authorized, or (d) Honeywell suspends or ends operation or use of the Software.
