Wired2fish may, in its sole discretion, without prior notice and to the extent applicable, suspend or terminate your access to the Services and/or block your future access to the Services if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service or other agreements or guidelines which may be associated with your use of the Services. The provisions of this Agreement concerning prohibited activities, copyrights, trademarks, Submissions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, resolution of disputes, indemnity and jurisdictional issues shall survive any such termination or any other termination of this Agreement.
