TERM OF LICENSE AGREEMENT. 1. This Agreement is for University housing and residence life, and meals during the Standard Academic Year unless otherwise noted in this Agreement. For the purposes of this Agreement, the Standard Academic Year shall be defined as the period of time beginning at 8:00 a.m. on the Saturday immediately preceding the start of the first enrolled semester (fall or spring) classes, as published in the most current University Bulletin, and ending 24 hours after completion of the Student’s last final of the Spring semester.
