Common use of TERM OF LICENSE AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

TERM OF LICENSE AGREEMENT. a. This Agreement is for University housing and meals between May 17, 2020 and August 9, 2020 unless otherwise noted in this Agreement. The term of occupancy shall be the summer session(s) selected on the Summer Housing Application or if entered into after the start of the summer session, for the remainder of the summer session(s). For the purposes of this Agreement, Summer 2020 shall be defined as the period of time beginning at 11:00 a.m. on May 17, 2020 and ending 24 hours after completion of the Student’s last final of the summer term. For students officially participating in summer graduation exercises, Summer 2020 ends at 11:00 a.m. on the Sunday immediately following summer graduation exercises.
