TERM OF GUARANTY AGREEMENT. This Guaranty Agreement and all guarantees, covenants and agreements of the Guarantor contained herein shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be discharged until such time as all of the Guaranteed Obligations and all other obligations hereunder shall be indefeasibly paid in full in cash and shall be subject to reinstatement pursuant to Section 6.

TERM OF GUARANTY AGREEMENT. This Guaranty Agreement and all guarantees, covenants and agreements of the Guarantor Guarantors contained herein shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be discharged until such time as the Issuance Period shall have terminated and all of the Guaranteed Obligations and all other obligations hereunder shall be indefeasibly paid in full in cash and shall be subject to reinstatement pursuant to Section 6.

This Guaranty Agreement and all guarantees, covenants and agreements of the Guarantor contained herein shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be discharged until (i) such time as all of the Guaranteed Obligations and all other obligations hereunder shall be indefeasibly paid in full in cash and shall be subject to reinstatement pursuant to Section 66 or (ii) terminated pursuant to Section 9.8(b) of the Note Agreement, provided that all claims and liabilities hereunder arising prior to the termination have been satisfied.

TERM OF GUARANTY AGREEMENT. This Guaranty Agreement and all guarantees, covenants and agreements of the Guarantor contained herein shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be discharged until such time as this Guaranty Agreement is released in accordance with the Note Agreement or, if earlier, such time as all of the Guaranteed Obligations and all other obligations hereunder shall be indefeasibly paid in full in cash and cash. This Guaranty Agreement shall be subject to reinstatement pursuant to Section 6.

This Guaranty Agreement and all guarantees, covenants and agreements of the Guarantor Guarantors contained herein shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be discharged until such time as all of the Guaranteed Obligations and all other obligations hereunder shall be indefeasibly paid in full in cash and shall be subject to reinstatement pursuant to Section 6; provided that the Guarantors hereunder may be released in accordance with Section 9.7(b) of the Note Purchase Agreement.
