Common use of Term of Agreement; Termination Clause in Contracts

Term of Agreement; Termination. A) The initial term of the Agreement will be from April 15th, 2020 through April 14th, 2025 (Initial Term) and is subject to earlier termination as provided below. UC may renew the Agreement for Five (5) successive One (1)-year periods (each, a Renewal Term), by providing Supplier with at least Thirty (30) calendar days’ written notice before the end of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term.

It may be extended upon the agreement of the parties. The initial term of the Agreement will be from April 15th, 2020 9/1/21 and through April 14th, 2025 8/31/24 (Initial Term) and is subject to earlier termination as provided below. UC may renew the Agreement for Five (5) seven successive One (1)-year one-year periods (each, a Renewal Term), by providing Supplier with at least Thirty (30) 60 calendar days’ written notice before the end of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term.
