Term; No Compensation Sample Clauses

Term; No Compensation. All members of the Administrative Committee and Investment Committee shall serve until their resignation or dismissal by the Board of Directors of the Company and vacancies shall be filled in the same manner as the original appointments. The Board of Directors of the Company may dismiss any member of the Administrative Committee and Investment Committee at any time with or without cause. No compensation shall be paid to members of the Administrative Committee and/or the Investment Committee from the Trust for services while on such Administrative Committee and/or the Investment Committee.
