Common use of Term Loan Notes Clause in Contracts

Term Loan Notes. Borrower shall execute and deliver to each Lender to evidence such Lender’s Term Loans, (i) on the Tranche A Closing Date, the Tranche A Note and (ii) on the Tranche B Closing Date, the Tranche B Note (each, a “Term Loan Note”).

Term Loan Notes. Borrower shall execute and deliver to each Lender to evidence such Lender’s Term Loans, (i) on the Tranche A Closing Date, the Tranche A Note and Note, (ii) on the Tranche B Closing Date, the Tranche B Note and (iii) on the Tranche C Closing Date, the Tranche C Note (each, a “Term Loan Note”).

Borrower shall execute and deliver to each Lender (or, if applicable, to any Person who is an assignee of Lender pursuant to Section 11.1 hereof) to evidence such Lender’s the Term Loans, Loans (i) on the Tranche A Closing Date, the Tranche A Note Note, and (ii) on the Tranche B Closing DateDate (if any), the Tranche B Note (each, a “Term Loan Note”).
