Common use of Term Duration Clause in Contracts

Term Duration. (a) This User License shall become effective as of the Effective Date and shall continue in full force and effect for a period of fourteen (14) consecutive years from the date of the Election Notice provided by PERDUE to CTI and DB under Section 5(b)(1) (the "Term") subject, however, to ▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ right to terminate this User License under and as provided in Section 5(b), and subject to the Parties' respective rights to terminate this User License under and as provided in Section 12. (b) Upon expiration of the Term or any termination of this User License, whether under the provisions of Section 5(b), Section 12 or otherwise, all user rights under the license granted to PERDUE under the terms hereof shall immediately expire without further notice or action by either Party.
