Term; Binding Effect. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until payment and satisfaction in full of all Obligations, shall be binding upon Pledgor and the successors, legatees, legal representatives and assigns of Pledgor, and shall inure to the benefit of Agent and his successors and assigns.
