Common use of Term and Renewal Options Clause in Contracts

Term and Renewal Options. The Initial Term of the Amended and Restated Agreement shall begin on May 1, 2007 and expire twenty-four (24) months after the second full monthly billing period following Customer’s execution of the agreement. Upon expiration of the Initial Term, Customer shall have the option to renew the Agreement for one (1) additional twelve (12) monthly periods renewal term (“Term Extension”), upon thirty (30) days advance notice prior to expiration of the relevant term. The Initial Term and any Term Extension shall collectively be referred to as the “Term.”
