Common use of Term, Amendment and Termination of the U.S. Addendum Clause in Contracts

Term, Amendment and Termination of the U.S. Addendum. (a) The Board of Directors may amend, suspend or terminate this U.S. Addendum at any time. Unless terminated sooner by the Board of Directors, the U.S. Addendum will terminate automatically upon the earlier of (i) 10 years after the Effective Date and (ii) the termination of the Plan. No Options may be granted under the U.S. Addendum while either the Plan or the U.S. Addendum is suspended or after the Plan or the U.S. Addendum is terminated.
