Teoninalion. This Amendment shall tenninate upon the earlier of: (a) the expiration of the Tenn of Agreement; (b) five years after the Effective Date ("Termination Date"); (c) as provided in Section 7.2, or (d) at Buyer's option, upon an Event of Default, as defined herein.
