Common use of Tenth Amendment Clause in Contracts

Tenth Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received from each Lender, each Guarantor and the Borrower, counterparts (in such number as may be requested by the Administrative Agent) of this Tenth Amendment signed on behalf of such Person.

Tenth Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received from each Lender, each Guarantor and the Borrower, counterparts (in such number as may be requested by the Administrative Agent) a counterpart of this Tenth Amendment signed on behalf by the Borrower, the Guarantors, and Lenders constituting all of such Personthe Lenders.

Tenth Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received from each Lender, each Guarantor and the Borrower, multiple counterparts (in such number as may be requested by the Administrative Agent) of this Tenth Amendment signed on behalf of such Personfrom the Borrower, each other Obligor and each Lender.
