Tennessee. Any Plan Agreement in this state and in effect when there is a failure of a Covered Item shall be extended as follows: (1) The number of days the consumer is deprived of the use of the product by reason of the product being in repair; plus (2) two (2) additional working days. Working days shall not include Saturdays, Sundays or legal holidays.
