Tender Documents. It is acknowledged that the Tenant issued tender documents dated [*] (“Tender Documents”) which is accepted by the Landlord on [*] by issuing a letter of acceptance. Both the Landlord and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agree that the terms in the Tender Documents are included as part of this Tenancy Agreement. If the terms in this Tenancy Agreement conflicts with the Tender Documents, this Tenancy Agreement shall prevail.
