Common use of Tenant’s Waiver Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Waiver. Landlord shall not be liable for any inconvenience or annoyance to Tenant, injury to the business of Tenant, loss of use of any part of the Premises by Tenant or loss of Tenant’s Property, resulting in any way from such damage or the repair thereof. With respect to any damage which Landlord is obligated to repair or may elect to repair, Tenant waives all rights to terminate this Lease or offset any amounts against Rent pursuant to rights accorded Tenant by any law currently existing or hereafter enacted, including without limitation, all rights pursuant to California Civil Code Sections 1932(2.), 1933(4.), 1941 and 1942 and any similar or successor laws.
