TENANT'S PERSONAL PROPERTY INSURANCE AND WORKXXX. X XXXPENSATION INSURANCE Tenant shall maintain a policy or policies of fire and property damage insurance in "all risk" form with a sprinkler leakage endorsement insuring the personal property, inventory, trade fixtures, and leasehold improvements within the leased Premises for the full replacement value thereof. The proceeds from any of such policies shall be used for the repair or replacement of such items so insured. Tenant shall also maintain a policy or policies of workxxx'x xxxpensation insurance and any other employee benefit insurance sufficient to comply with all laws.
