Common use of Tenant's Negligence Clause in Contracts

Tenant's Negligence. Notwithstanding anything in this Paragraph ------------------- 6 to the contrary, and subject to the waiver of subrogation rights pursuant to Paragraph 12.7, Tenant shall pay for the entire cost of maintaining and repairing the Premises, the Building, the Common Areas, the Outside Areas and any other portion of the Property if such cost is incurred and to the extent it is incurred as a result of the negligence or willful misconduct of Tenant, its agents, customers, employees, contractors or invitees.

Tenant's Negligence. Notwithstanding anything in this Paragraph ------------------- 6 to the contrary, and subject to the waiver of subrogation rights pursuant to Paragraph 12.7, Tenant shall pay for the entire cost of maintaining and repairing the Premises, the Building, the Common Areas, the Outside Areas and any other portion of the Property if such cost is incurred and to the extent it is incurred as a result of the negligence or willful misconduct of Tenant, its agents, customers, employees, contractors or invitees.

Notwithstanding anything in this Paragraph ------------------- 6 Paragraphs 7.1 to the contrary, and subject to the waiver of subrogation rights pursuant to set forth in Paragraph 12.7, Tenant shall pay for the entire uninsured cost of maintaining and repairing the Premises, Buildings and the Building, the Common Areas, the Outside Areas exterior areas thereof and any other portion of the Property insurance deductible if such cost is incurred and to the extent it or deductible is incurred as a result of the negligence or willful misconduct of Tenant, its agents, customers, employees, contractors or invitees.
