Common use of Tenant's Negligence Clause in Contracts

Tenant's Negligence. Tenant shall pay for all damage to the Property caused by the negligent act or omission of Tenant, its agents, employees, contractors, or invitees or by the failure of Tenant to comply with the terms of this Lease, except as otherwise provided by paragraph 9.4. Tenant shall make payment therefor on demand by Landlord.

Tenant's Negligence. Anything in this article to the contrary notwithstanding, Tenant shall pay for all damage to the Leased Premises or the Property caused by the negligent act or omission of Tenant, its agents, employees, contractorscontractors or invitees, or invitees or by the failure of Tenant to promptly discharge its obligations under this Lease or comply with the terms of this Lease, except as otherwise provided but only to the extent such damage is not covered by paragraph 9.4. Tenant shall make payment therefor on demand insurance proceeds actually recovered by Landlord.

Tenant shall make payment therefor therefore on demand damages incurred by Landlord.
