Tenant’s Keys. For each of the purposes stated above in this Section 6.5, Landlord shall at all times have and retain the keys and Tenant’s security access codes with which to unlock all of the doors in, upon and about the Premises, excluding Tenant’s vaults and safes, or special security areas, and Landlord shall have the right to use any and all means that Landlord may deem necessary or proper to open said doors in an emergency, in order to obtain entry to any portion of the Premises. Landlord and its agents and representatives shall have the right to enter upon the Premises for any and all of the purposes set forth in this Article and may exercise any and all of the foregoing rights without being deemed guilty of a forcible or unlawful entry into, or a detainer of, the Premises, or an eviction, actual or constructive of Tenant from the Premises, or any portion thereof, if reasonably necessary to comply with any governmental statute, ordinance or building, fire or other code.
